Refund and Return policy —
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been opened or used. If your product has not been opened or used can be exchanged for other goods, a store, credit, or a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
Defective items: Any goods with a defect can be sent back to our warehouse for a replacement. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement information.
Delivery policy —
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within two business days and shipped via United States Postal Service from our California warehouse.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons, including non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email email@example.com to arrange a redelivery at their own expense.
Ems Toner 10 accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed orders. Ems Toner 10 will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel; however, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier to file a lost package claim.
